Mailbox Monday: May 7, 2012

It's Mailbox Monday time! Mailbox Monday is going on tour and May is being hosted by the lovely Martha of Martha's Bookshelf. Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week (checked out library books don’t count, eBooks and audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists!

As busy as last weekend was, this weekend was relaxing! Ahhh it was so nice! Went out to drinks with a friend, had my second acupuncture appointment, ran some errands, went and saw The Five Year Engagement (my fiance and I thought it would be funnier. It was a little more sad than laugh out loud funny but still good), and generally relaxed. Very enjoyable! Hope you all had good weekends too!

Here's what came in the mailbox this week:

From Wunderkind PR:
1. The Taker by Alma Katsu

From Reagan Arthur Books:
2. So Far Away by Meg Mitchell Moore

From Free Press:
3. The Folded Earth by Anuradha Roy

What did you get?

  12. This isn't really related to what you got in your mailbox, but I am so with you on The Five Year Engagement. It wasn't bad, but I definitely expected to laugh a lot more than I did. I love Jason Segel & Emily Blunt so I might have had too high of expectations - it's always a bummer when a movie (or book) I'm really looking forward to turns out to be just okay.
