My Top Five Favorite Covers of 2012!

I LOVE cover art! My 'Cover Lust' feature on the bottom of every book review showcase my thoughts on covers throughout the year but one of my favorite posts to write every year is My Top Five Favorite Covers of 2012!

I'd like to say that I don't judge a book by it's cover but I'd be lying ;) If a cover grabs my eye than I am more likely to read it faster than other books in my humungous piles!

So without further ado, in alphabetical order, here are my top 5 favorite covers of 2012 based on eye-catching beauty (click on covers for my reviews)! I think I was attracted to books that harkened back to a former time this year ...

  2. Those are definitely some beautiful covers! Art absolutely attracts me to a book, too, and that's what first prompted me to grab Beautiful Ruins -- which ended up being one of my favorite reads this year. Gorgeous!

    1. I think Beautiful Ruins is going to be in my top picks for my favorites of the year too. It's just one of those books that has stuck with me - for more reasons than the cover, but oh that cover is so pretty!

  4. Beauitful Ruins was my top, then my cozy mystery covers are unequaled in their beauty and detail. Each cozy has clues on the cover and the graphics as well as colors are so gorgeous. My favorites were the Lucy Burdett series and the Orchard Mysteries.
